    What Happens in a Workshop

Workshops are working sessions, not presentations.

No passive lectures. No 'Death-by-PowerPoint.' We use structured, interactive systems to move your team from theory to tangible artifacts in real-time.

We bring your team together to work through real material. You bring the workflows, the frustrations, and the questions. We bring structure, AI fluency, and facilitation.

By the end, your team has looked at their own work through a new lens. They understand what AI can and cannot do. And they have decided together what is worth testing first.

    Common Questions

    Quick Answers

    Do we need engineers involved?

Not for workshops. For pilots, engineering involvement is helpful but not required. We can build independently.

    Is this just consulting?

No. Consulting usually means advice. We teach, then build. You leave with working tools and shared knowledge, not a report.

Is this only for large companies?

No. We work with teams of all sizes. What matters is having a real workflow you want to improve and people willing to learn.

What if we decide AI isn't right for us?

That's a valid outcome. Some teams realize AI isn't the right solution for their problem. That clarity is valuable. We'd rather you discover this in a workshop than six months into a project.
